Plaquettes de fraisage CNC

Les plaquettes de fraisage CNC sont largement utilisées pour le fraisage frontal, le fraisage d'épaulement, le fraisage de rainures et les opérations générales d'usinage des métaux sur les centres d'usinage CNC et les fraiseuses.

Conçues pour offrir une grande efficacité d'usinage et des performances de coupe stables, les plaquettes de fraisage garantissent un excellent contrôle des copeaux, une grande résistance à l'usure et un excellent état de surface dans un large éventail d'applications.

Parmi les types de plaquettes courants, on trouve notamment les séries APMT, APKT, RPMT, RDKT, JDMT, LNMU, BLMP et d'autres séries de plaquettes de fraisage très répandues.

Fabriquées à partir de substrats en carbure de tungstène de haute qualité et disponibles avec des revêtements PVD et CVD de pointe, les plaquettes de fraisage CNC offrent une longue durée de vie et des performances d'usinage fiables.

Convient à l'acier, à l'acier inoxydable, à la fonte, aux alliages d'aluminium et à d'autres matériaux non ferreux.
